A Lifetime of Gentle Grooming

Annie’s journey in grooming began more than 50 years ago with her very first dog—a poodle—and a childhood curiosity that quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, that passion evolved through hands-on experience, professional salon work, and a career in nursing, where she cared for wound patients and individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. This unique background brings a deeper level of understanding to grooming—one rooted in gentleness, observation, and emotional awareness. After years working in Florida salons, including nearly a decade at Bark Baths and Beyond, Annie chose to return to grooming from home, where she could work at her own pace and focus fully on the dogs. The mission remains simple and heartfelt: to create positive, loving grooming experiences that dogs feel safe returning to again and again.
